Protien Lab

Questions
1) Peptide bond is found between the ammino acids in the primary structure.

2) In the secondary structure polar peptide is formed between the amino acid, which causes the chain to twist.

3)  It is due to the interactions between R groups, convalent bonds, it bonds, repulsion. It depends on primary structure in the a.a sequence. My protein would look different than everyone else because of the different letters.

4) Two or more polypeptides stick together.

5) Yes the shape structure would change if I changed the primary structure because there would be different amino acids meaning different interactions and different types of bonds.\

6)
