Fitness Testing results


Aerobic Fitness: Beep test

Anerobic Glycolysis: Step- Ups

Atp CP System: Weight Lifting 

Flexibility: Splits

Power: Plank

Agility: Box Test

Goal: I want to improve my flexibility so I can atleast touch my toes when I do toe touches. 

Exercise: 
  1. Ballistic stretching
  2. Dynamic stretching
  3. Active stretching
  4. Passive (relaxed) stretching
  5. Static stretching
  6. Isometric stretching
  7. PNF stretching
I will perfom each of these streches before and after my workouts to improve my flexibility.
