Personal Profile

I registered for this course because i enjoy physical activities and playing sports


* My favorite part of PE is playing all the sports i love.


*I think my current current level of fitness is good playing soccer makes me have god fitness.


*My previous personal best beep test is 15.3


*I am currently doing the following things to be active (outside of PE) playing soccer.


*Things that PHYSICALLY prevent me from doing exercise (i.e. medical, injury) nothing.


*Things that MENTALLY prevent me from doing exercise (i.e. energy, time) nothing much


*My eating habits are not bad try to eat really healthy.


*I Want to be able to learn more about sports that i am not so familiar off.


*I want to improve my abilities in… (ex. fitness, communication, positive impact) fitness.


*Outside school activities I’d like to try are... playing hockey.

*My fitness goals for the semester are…to improve my fitness.
*My personal character goals are...to start working out and get stronger.

  1. a pretty simplistic approach to an amazingly complex thing that is your body and mind. You're going to want to be more introspective and insightful with what you’re writing to give yourself a thorough self assessment and perhaps a self benefiting reality check on what you can do better for your body and health.
